DIC Anini is established in the year 1989   with a view to develop SSI units in the district and motivate local entrepreneurs for which EDP are periodically conducted by various organizations. The DIC   process for financial assistance and encourage availing subsidies provided by the Govt. small scale sector has an active and critical rule in genera ling and providing employment opportunities at lower capital cost, establishing wide entrepreneurial  base, dispersal of industries in rural/backward areas, reduction of disparities, equitable distribution of national income and wealth and promotion of ancillarisation through symbolic integration and organic linkages with large industries so as to contribute to overall industrial growth

  1. Admission test of ITI candidate: We conduct ITI admission test of this district for admission in all ITI’s of Arunachal Pradesh in the month of May and June every year and selection is done as per Govt, norms for ITI Roing, Taporijo, Itanagar and Dirang.
  1. PMEGP: under Prime Minister’s Employment Generation program (PMEGP) we get substantial target for this district and selection of candidates for financial assistance loan is given through SBI Branches for setting up of service, Manufacturing and Business enterprises. ADI as convener of the Task force committee convener periodical meeting in the district Headquarter and review the assistance given to the selected candidates.
  1. Industrial Management Training (IMT) cum Buyer’s sellers meets: We every year conduct IMT cum buyer’s seller meet in sub divisions or interior place for one week training for the people to provide training.
  1. Entrepreneurship Development Training (EDP) is conducted for the Unemployed youth of this district every year either in collaboration with MSME office. Ministry of Industries, Govt, of India or NIETCO or IIE, Guwahati for the local youth. 
  1. Scheme or project report is prepared for the candidates, who wish to take help from DIC and avail technical help from DIC office.
  1. The total budget allocation of the establishment during 2009-10 was Rs.1271100.00.      
  1. Scheme proposal: The DIC-Anini has few scheme proposals for the year 2010-11. Which are as given below :-

( I ) Construction of Training Hall for 50 students’ capacity under DIC: Anini  at an estimate cost of Rs.10, 56,843.00.
( II ) Construction of Type-III Quarter for extension officer, Anini, Deptt, of  Industries at an estimate cost of Rs. 7.56.843.00.
( III ) Construction of 2 two septic tanks/soak fits at an estimate cost of   Rs. 53.869.00.                           
( IV ) Construction of security fencing at quarter as well as office at an estimate    cost Rs. 25.000.00.
( V )  Maintenance of ADI Quarter at estimated cost of Rs.25.000.00

Child Development

ICDS (INTEGRATED CHILD DEVELOPMENT SCHIME)

.SNP(supplementary Nutrition Programs): Nutrition Programmers for children  from 0-6 years to promote child health development and for the pregnant mother and   lactating mother for special additional nutrition.
.NHAD (Nutrition health awareness programs):

Programs to create awareness among pregnant women, lactating mothers and adolescent girls regarding health and nutrition.
. IMMUNIZATION:

Programs to ensure 100% of children below 0-6 years in collaboration with the health deptt.

SOCIAL WELFARE.

.INDIRA GANDHI NATIONAL OLD AGE PENSION SCHIME:

Programs to provide financial assistance to elder persons from the age of sixty and above lying under below poverty line (BPL).
.NATIONAL FAMILY BENEFIT SCHIME:

Programs to provide one time financial grant of Rs 10,000/- per primary bread earner of below poverty line (BPL) family.
.KSY (KISHORI SHAKTI YOJNA):

Programes to educate adolescent girls regarding the health, nutrion and to prove vocational training to school dropout adolescent girls.
.IGNWPS (INDIRA GANDHI NATIONAL WIDOW PENSION SCEHEME):

Scheme to provide a pension of Rs 200/-per month to widows of below poverty line (BPL) family up to attainment of 60 years of age.

Education

The mid-day meal is being served to the regular children of the primary and community schools in the district starting from the month of April/June. Process of obtaining food grain (Rice) is like that, ADEO MDM of DDSE office usually obtained MDM R.O from office of Area Manager FCI Banderdewa and received food grains (Rice) from FCI Depot. Roing and hand over the same to carriage contractor for onward distribution to schools. According the carriage contractor distributes to the as per strength of students, as sub-allocated for the quarter. There are 7(seven) Middle School, 18 Primary School and 16 community school. Total MDM Beneficiaries=1567.
